Important to Note
Access: The property is accessed via August smart lock, you will receive a code in advance.
Parking: There is parking for up to 3 vehicles onsite.
Pets: Up to two dogs allowed, we do not charge pet fees but will charge for damages or if the yard is not cleaned up after. The beach side is not fenced so dogs will need to be supervised so they do not run free down the private beaches.
Quiet Hours: This is a quiet lake community, quiet hours and respect for neighbors will be expected. Quiet hours start at 10PM, which means quiet voices when using fire pits and hot tub, and no excessively loud music/TV indoors. After 12AM (midnight) use of outdoor areas including firepit is prohibited.
Beach and Shellfish: The beaches in the area are private, and walking on the beach past the property line is prohibited. The rules apply to children also, so ensure your children are supervised or able to follow rules. Shellfish and oyster harvesting are not permitted at this property and are enforced by the community and law enforcement.
Children: We are family friendly! Amenities for kids include: kids’ utensils, board games, and some small toys. Note that our yard is open and has some steep portions and steps, so please supervise children while outside.
Heat and A/C: The house has heating and A/C upstairs in the summer months.
Events and Extra Guests: We do not allow extra guests, even for day visits. For commercial events/filming we require additional disclosures, reach out for inquiries.
Security: For security, we have outdoor cameras at points of entry to the property. Camera 1 is facing the driveway coming in, and Camera 2 faces outward from the outside towards the water. The cameras do not face the hot tub or outdoor dining, and footage is only reviewed if there are reported issues.
